Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, Participates in 2025 'Youth and Adolescent Sports Classroom' Integration Ceremony

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the 2025 'Youth and Adolescent Sports Class' integrated pledge ceremony held on the afternoon of March 29th at the gymnasium on the 3rd floor of the Mapo District Sports Center.

The Mapo District Sports Association held this integrated pledge ceremony for the Youth and Adolescent Sports Class to encourage local students to engage in physical activities, fostering healthy bodies and a sense of community.

About 200 people attended today's integrated pledge ceremony, including Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, over 80 youth athletes from the children's soccer class, adolescent futsal class, and adolescent Taekwondo demonstration team, as well as around 120 parents and officials.

Mayor Park Gang-su said, "As the saying goes, 'Habits formed at three years old last until eighty,' lifelong exercise is important for health," adding, "Mapo District will spare no support to ensure safe sports activities for youth and adolescents and to discover talents who can become world-class athletes."
