The event, which took place on the 27th, was attended by 190 people, including preschoolers and teachers from four daycare centers in Dong-gu, Gwangju, as well as staff from the Children's Culture Center. The program provided safety education using virtual spaces.

The "Metaverse Experience" is an approach to digital spaces that expands time and space, allowing anyone to vividly learn how to respond to crisis situations.
Moon Heejun, Chief of Dongbu Fire Station, said, "This was an opportunity for children to naturally learn the importance of fire safety through immersive experiences," and added, "Experience-based education, including the metaverse, is an important direction for future fire safety education. We will continue to expand content that all citizens can easily participate in."
