Advancing Technology of Business Legal AI Solution 'allibee'
Active Investment in Global Market Expansion
BHSN, operator of the business legal AI solution ‘allibee,’ announced on the 27th that it has secured 10 billion KRW in Series B funding. Existing investor Altos Ventures made a follow-up investment, and Korea Development Bank and Woori Financial Capital joined as new investors. With this, BHSN’s total accumulated investment has reached 16 billion KRW.
Founded in 2020, BHSN offers the business legal AI solution allibee, equipped with a proprietary legal-specialized large language model and patented legal document digitization technology. Allibee consists of ▲‘Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM),’ an integrated contract management system ▲‘Enterprise Legal Management (ELM),’ which integrates legal advisory and litigation management ▲‘Business Agent Solution,’ which performs legal and business research. Notably, BHSN developed its own legal-specialized AI contract engine and applied it to the service, enabling analysis and review of various legal documents within seconds. Additionally, it has implemented an AI search engine specialized for government policy materials and internal corporate report searches.
Currently, allibee is adopted and used by major domestic corporations across various sectors such as CJ CheilJedang, Hanwha Solutions, and Aekyung Chemical, and is in the process of signing new contracts with companies in the pharmaceutical and distribution industries aiming for service launch within the year.
With this investment, BHSN plans to enhance its proprietary legal-specialized AI technology and expand marketing activities to strengthen allibee’s technological capabilities and branding. In addition, BHSN will focus on global business targeting the Asian market, centered on Japan where its overseas subsidiary is located, while also expanding collaboration with government and public institutions through allibee’s business agent optimized for legal statutes and case law searches.
Junggeun Lim, CEO of BHSN, stated, “As the AI transformation era progresses, changes are occurring in the form and direction of corporate work, and interest in the business legal AI solution ‘allibee’ is increasing. With this investment, having been recognized for the effectiveness of the allibee service, we will establish a foundation to enhance global competitiveness through differentiated technology and services.”
