[2025 Residential Culture] Hanam Gyosan A2 Main Subscription... Close to Gangnam Living Area

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) will begin the official subscription for Block A2 in the Hanam Gyosan District by the end of this month. The Gyosan District is considered one of the best locations among the 3rd generation new towns.

In particular, Block A2, where the first move-ins will take place, is being developed as a public housing project with private sector participation and will carry the Prugio brand. The project is being promoted through a joint implementation method where LH provides the land, and private construction companies handle design, pricing, and housing supply tasks. Although it is public housing, the aim is to increase residents' choices by offering a variety of brands.

The complex is being developed as a New Home primarily targeting young people and newlywed couples. Specialized facilities such as a care center, kids cafe, children's library, and indoor playground will be included. The units supplied this time total 1,115 households, consisting of exclusive areas ranging from 51 to 59 square meters. There are 343 units of 51㎡, 26 units of 55㎡, 23 units of 58㎡, and 723 units of 59㎡.

Among the 3rd generation new towns, it is the closest to the Seoul Gangnam living area. It is adjacent to Wirye, Misa, and Gam-il Districts. Seoul Subway Line 3 is planned to be extended, and highways are also nearby the district. 34% of the total new town area will be developed as park green space. Last year, Daewoo Construction was selected as the private sector participant, and construction is scheduled to begin in the first half of this year. An AI and data industry innovation cluster, developed jointly by Pohang University of Science and Technology and other domestic and international universities and companies, will be established as an anchor facility.

In the center of the new town, a compact city with a floor area ratio of 1000%, integrating office, shopping, leisure, and residential functions, will be created. A 45-story building will house a school, bus terminal, hotel, and office and commercial facilities together.
