Group BTS member J-Hope (real name Jung Hoseok) will release the remix album 'MONA LISA' at 1 PM on the 25th, Big Hit Music announced on the 24th.
This remix album consists of a total of three tracks, including the original 'MONA LISA,' Band Remix, and Afropop Remix. The Band Remix is a version that adds powerful drums and electric guitar performances to the original track. The Afropop Remix combines groovy and sophisticated drum arrangements, jazz-style chord progressions, and sounds reminiscent of 2000s pop.
'MONA LISA,' released on the 21st, is a song that cheerfully expresses the feelings of falling for an attractive person, singing that what moves someone's heart is not external beauty but each person's unique charm.
The song ranked number one on the iTunes 'Top Songs' chart in 74 countries/regions including Brazil, France, and Japan as of 6 AM on the 24th, and on the music streaming platform Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global chart (March 21), it surpassed 3.8 million streams and secured the 12th position.
