Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, arrived in Pyongyang, North Korea, according to Russian media including TASS on the 21st.

During his visit, Secretary Shoigu is expected to meet with North Korean senior officials, including Chairman of the State Affairs Commission Kim Jong-un, the agency reported.
