On the 19th, Gwangsan-gu announced that it would diversify its programs this year by reflecting feedback from last year's participants. In addition to existing body composition analysis and blood pressure/blood sugar management, new offerings include CPR training, Korean medicine consultations, oral health programs, and musculoskeletal pain management services. The musculoskeletal management program is provided in cooperation with Gwangju Health University.

The On-site Cooperative Health Center is a project that allows workers at industrial complexes and small and medium-sized workplaces to receive health services directly at their workplaces. To help workers who may neglect their health due to lack of physical activity and busy schedules, the district visits worksites once a month to conduct checkups and consultations. In addition, the district operated its first health center of the year on the 18th at the Mobient workplace in Jingok Industrial Complex, and plans to continue the service next month at the postal logistics center and for postal workers.

Park Byungkyu, the head of the district, said, "I hope the On-site Cooperative Health Center will help improve workers' health and reduce fatigue," adding, "We will prepare various health policies for workers."
