Various Programs Offered in Health, Exercise, and Music
Jeonju City in North Jeolla Province is now accepting applications for the 'Jeonju-si Modubaeumteo Season 1' courses on a first-come, first-served basis, aiming to expand lifelong learning opportunities for citizens and guarantee access to learning within local neighborhoods.
According to the city on the 19th, Jeonju-si Modubaeumteo is a project that provides learning opportunities throughout local communities so that citizens of all ages can easily participate.
The city has selected a total of 11 institutions to operate Jeonju-si Modubaeumteo, with 5 in Wansan-gu and 6 in Deokjin-gu. This season, a variety of programs will be offered in fields such as arts and culture, health and exercise, music, and traditional games.
Specifically, programs such as Healing Diet Yoga (Hyoja-dong), Zumba That Dances With Your Heart (Inhu-dong), Line Dance (Junghwasan-dong), and Exciting Samulnori (Uwa-dong) will help citizens improve their health and relieve stress. In addition, at the Jeonju-si Lifelong Learning Center, programs such as Citizen Video Production Team Training and Citizen Radio Production Training will be offered to enhance media skills. After the training, the Lifelong Learning Center plans to form production team communities to continue ongoing activities.
This program, designed to allow citizens to conveniently learn within their daily living areas, is open to all Jeonju citizens. Those wishing to enroll can apply through the respective institutions or the Jeonju-si Lifelong Learning Center website.
