The Hwang-o Community Center, which was visited next, is a facility contributing to local revitalization through urban landscape improvement projects and is regarded as a successful example of old downtown regeneration.
At this location, the committee members listened to a project briefing from the Urban Regeneration and Railroad Division of Gyeongju City Hall and toured the Hwangchon Village area to observe the impact of public facilities on improving the quality of life for local residents.
In particular, they exchanged opinions on community connectivity and sustainable development strategies through resident participation programs.
