Democratic Party three-term lawmakers including Kim Young-ho, Park Jung, Park Joo-min, Baek Hye-ryun, So Byung-hoon, Song Ok-joo, and Cho Seung-rae held a press conference at the National Assembly on the same day, stating, "There are more than enough reasons to dismiss Yoon Seok-yeol even without martial law or rebellion," and "There are about 100 cases of fraud and corruption suspicions involving Yoon Seok-yeol and Kim Kun-hee, and they are still ongoing."

The corruption white paper they released includes ▲ allegations of stock price manipulation of Deutsche Motors involving First Lady Kim Kun-hee, allegations of stock price manipulation of Sambu Construction, suspicions of external pressure in the death of Corporal Chae, allegations of changing the endpoint of the Yangpyeong highway, nomination interference allegations exposed by the so-called 'Myeong Tae-gyun Gate,' suspicions of state affairs interference by shamans and fortune-tellers, and allegations of plagiarism in First Lady Kim Kun-hee's thesis.

They pointed out, "There are more than enough reasons to dismiss Yoon Seok-yeol even without martial law or rebellion," adding, "During approximately 30 months of the presidential term, at least three misconduct allegations have emerged every month."

They continued, "Yoon Seok-yeol privatized the public national power entrusted by the people and abused it for his family and close associates," and "so-called power institutions such as the prosecution, police, Board of Audit and Inspection, and Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission turned a blind eye to the illegal acts of the highest authority, and under the protection of pro-rebellion forces, the corruption and misconduct of the Yoon family spread like a poisonous mushroom throughout society."

They added, "We will review unknown corruption or corruption involving close associates through standing committees and, if necessary, hold hearings to disclose details." Most of them serve as chairpersons of various standing committees.
