Bando Construction Holds Safety and Health Meeting with Partners... Safety Management System Training

Bando Construction announced on the 18th that it held the 2025 Partner Company Safety and Health Meeting to build a consensus on safety management with representatives of partner companies in the metropolitan area.

Through this meeting, Bando Construction provided education on establishing a safety management system for partner companies.

The main agenda focused on sharing Bando Construction's safety and health policy direction for this year and educating on measures to establish a safety and health system for partner companies in response to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. Since construction sites involve both the primary contractor and partner companies working together on-site, it is important to establish a safety and health management system that is not only managed by the primary contractor but also shared and practiced by partner companies.

Bando Construction continues to promote mutual growth by communicating with partner companies, listening to their on-site difficulties and suggestions, and using these opportunities to improve work efficiency and prevent safety blind spots at construction sites.

Furthermore, Bando Construction is sustaining co-growth with partner companies. Starting in 2023, it has held the Bando Technology Contest to discover partner companies with excellent capabilities but lacking conditions for independent technology development, jointly developing technologies and sequentially applying them at Bando Yubora construction sites. Currently, 21 joint patents and new technology designations with partner companies have been completed.
