On the 18th, GNS, Shin Yu-bin's management company, announced, "Shin Yu-bin visited the Catholic University of Korea St. Vincent's Hospital in Suwon the day before and delivered 100 million won as a medical expense donation."
This donation was made after Shin Yu-bin and SY Cosmetics signed an advertising model contract, during which she expressed her desire to give back 100 million won from her modeling fees to society.
Shin Yu-bin being from Suwon and SY Cosmetics having a business location in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, were factors in choosing St. Vincent's Hospital as the donation recipient.
This is Shin Yu-bin's second donation to St. Vincent's Hospital. In December 2022, she supported 10 million won in medical expenses, asking that it be used for the treatment of pediatric and adolescent patients.
Shin Yu-bin said, "After the previous medical expense support, I was happy and proud to hear from St. Vincent's Hospital that the donation was used meaningfully and that the children regained their health. I hope this donation will also help more children regain their health and smiles."
Im Jeong-su, director of St. Vincent's Hospital, and Sister Kolbe said, "We are grateful to Shin Yu-bin for showing interest in patients in need despite her busy schedule and for continuously spreading positive influence. The donation will be used for pediatric and adolescent patients at home and abroad who are facing economic difficulties."
