Jeon Heekyung, President of the Chungnam Research Institute, announced on the 18th that she is participating in the 'Child Abuse Prevention Relay Campaign'.

This campaign was initiated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the National Center for the Rights of the Child to promote a culture of positive parenting and eradicate child abuse.

President Jeon stated, "Ensuring that children can grow up happily in a safe society is our top priority," and added, "The Chungnam Research Institute will also focus on policy research to establish systems and environments to eradicate child abuse."

In addition, all researchers have been encouraged to participate in child abuse prevention and the four major violence prevention education programs.

Meanwhile, President Jeon nominated Kim Mijeong, Director of the Chungnam Childcare Comprehensive Support Center, as the next participant in the Child Abuse Prevention Relay Campaign.
