Koriyo Bread and Cheesecake Sand Cookie Among Featured Products

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies for technology transfer of dessert products utilizing local symbols developed to discover regional tourism cultural products until the 21st.

This project aims to commercialize the technology of dessert products such as 'Koriyo Bread' using the city's representative character 'Koriyo' and 'Cheesecake Sand Cookie' utilizing Hwaseong City's symbols.

The Hwaseong Agricultural Technology Center plans to select about three companies per product for technology transfer and provide manufacturing methods, consulting, and rights to use equipment and designs necessary for product production.

Companies eligible to apply must have both the representative's registered address and business location in Hwaseong City, and possess the business qualifications and equipment necessary for manufacturing and selling the applied products.

Costs for equipment related to product production are self-funded, and Hwaseong-grown agricultural products must be included in the product production. Additionally, companies must be able to continuously launch and sell products after the technology transfer.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the Hwaseong City or Hwaseong Agricultural Technology Center website, filling it out, and visiting or emailing it to the Science Agriculture Division of Hwaseong City.
