The hiring process proceeds in the order of application submission, online test, and interview. Applications and online test participation are available until April 13. The online test evaluates basic logical, reasoning, and numerical abilities, as well as compatibility with P&G. Subsequently, in-depth personality interviews will be conducted three times from April to May for those who pass the document screening. More detailed information about recruitment can be found on the official P&G recruitment website.

The internship program will run for two months from July to August. The program is designed to assess learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. During the internship period, P&G plans to operate a Singapore branch visit program to provide interns with the opportunity to experience a broader market firsthand. Interns who demonstrate outstanding job performance and potential during the internship will be offered full-time employment opportunities.

The starting annual salary for new university graduates at Korea P&G is in the high 50 million KRW range, with an additional welfare allowance worth approximately 2.5 million KRW and performance bonuses paid separately. The company also operates various systems to enhance employees’ work efficiency, such as flexible working hours.

The company runs various systems and educational programs to nurture global talent. Representative examples include the ‘Early Responsibility System,’ which grants interns and new employees authority over their work from day one to foster ownership and responsibility; the ‘Leadership Academy,’ which develops company-wide work skills; and the ‘Job Rotation System,’ which helps employees find the most suitable job for themselves.

Seo Young Oh, Senior Director of Human Resources at Korea P&G, said, “With 188 years of history leading innovation in the consumer goods industry, P&G has a systematic and professional system for talent development,” adding, “We look forward to the interest and applications of talented individuals who have the passion and skills to grow as global leaders together with P&G.”
