The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 18th that it will be conducting recruitment for regular and fixed-term employees.


The total number of recruits is 58, divided by specific roles as follows: ▲30 for Policy Fund Repayment Extension Support ▲12 for Financial Review (Experienced) ▲7 for Administrative Work (Disability) ▲5 for Research (PhD) ▲4 for Administrative Work Research Support.

Sojinkong Strengthens Support for Small Business Owners by Hiring Regular and Fixed-Term Workers

Personnel selected for the Policy Fund Repayment Extension Support role will be responsible for counseling on policy fund repayment extensions and debt adjustments for small business owners nationwide, document reception, and field investigations. Additionally, through this recruitment, experts in financial review and research roles will be selected to further strengthen the professionalism of small business support services. The recruitment process consists of two stages: document screening and interviews, with an additional written test for the financial review role.


Director Park Seong-hyo stated, “We are recruiting outstanding talents in finance, administration, and research to effectively carry out small business support policies,” and added, “We hope for many applications from talented individuals who wish to work together to revitalize small businesses and traditional markets.”
