It especially runs a center specialized in pediatric rehabilitation treatment, focusing on treating children with disabilities.

Lotte Hi-Mart supported Bobath Hospital in Hanam with electronic products necessary for hospital operations, including large home appliances (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines), IT appliances (monitors, laptops, tablets), household appliances (humidifiers, vacuum cleaners), and kitchen appliances (microwaves, electric kettles). The donated electronic products will be placed in inpatient rooms, guardian waiting rooms, and rehabilitation treatment rooms within the hospital to create a comfortable treatment environment.

Moon Byung-chul, Head of Management Support Division at Lotte Hi-Mart, said, "We hope this will help patients and their guardians continue their treatment activities more comfortably," and added, "We will continue to strive to contribute to society through various social contribution activities." Yoon Yeon-jung, Director of Bobath Hospital in Hanam, stated, "This donation will help improve patients' recovery and the medical staff's treatment environment."

Lotte Hi-Mart continues various ESG activities targeting children, socially marginalized groups, and other diverse social members. Since 2018, it has been operating the 'Hi-Science Concert' and 'HI-Science Classroom' annually to help children become familiar with scientific principles through home appliances in a fun and engaging way and to nurture their dreams in science. Additionally, since 2006, as part of the 'Happiness 3rd Generation Campaign' supporting grandparent-headed families, it regularly provides daily necessities to 200 sponsored children.
