The Innobiz Association announced on the 17th that it is recruiting participating companies for the 2nd Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project of this year in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
This project provides pre-training to enhance job competencies for unemployed youth aged 15 to 34 and supports a 12-week work experience program at companies. Youth participating in the project receive up to 4.83 million KRW, including education and employment allowances, while companies receive a total of 1.05 million KRW, including mentor allowances and recruitment support funds. This year, the project plans to actively connect youth recruitment in the fields of management/office, advertising/marketing, and IT, targeting about 250 people annually.

Eligibility for participation requires youth to be unemployed individuals aged 15 to 34, and those employed or holding a business registration certificate as of the application date are restricted. For companies, eligible entities include those with 10 or more employees insured under employment insurance, public institutions, local public enterprises, non-profit organizations, and non-profit corporations. However, venture companies, Innobiz-certified companies, Mainbiz-certified companies, and social enterprises are eligible even if they have fewer than 10 employees.
The application deadline is the 23rd of this month, and detailed eligibility requirements and schedules can be found in the announcements on the Innobiz Association Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project website.
An official from the Innobiz Association stated, "This project provides practical job experience to youth while offering companies the opportunity to secure promising talent," adding, "The association will continue to serve as a platform connecting companies and youth."
