This performance was a meaningful event created hand in hand by Hanam City and the residents of Gam-il-dong, going beyond a simple busking event. It was the first time in Hanam City’s busking history that the private and public sectors cooperated together from preparation to execution and completion, serving as a good example of community harmony.

Various organizations such as the Gam-il-dong Residents’ Autonomous Committee, the Neighborhood Association, the HN Youth Rights Council, and the Saemaeul Women’s Association participated, taking charge of safety management, parking support, and guidance services, smoothly leading the overall event.

The performance began with a powerful Taekwondo performance by the national representative ITaekwondo team composed of Gam-il-dong youth, followed by exciting K-pop dances performed by the children’s club teams, Kurz-i and Recent, thrilling the audience.

The first main stage was energized by the world-class b-boy group Gambler Crew, filling Gam-il Cultural Park with intense energy. The second performance featured Jaeju Sangdan, who presented a comical circus act that brought great laughter to family audiences with children.

Wi A Wi An, a popular busker and host from Hanam City, sang Cool’s ‘Aloha,’ leading the audience to respond breathlessly together. All spectators turned on their phone flashlights and sang along, filling the venue with passionate energy.

Afterwards, the dance musical group NOVA received applause for their splendid and dynamic synchronized choreography. The final stage was performed by the K-pop girl group BB Girls, who sang their new song ‘LOVE’ along with hits like ‘Rollin’ and ‘Drive Only,’ raising the excitement of the venue to its peak. Fans shouted for encores, showing such passionate enthusiasm that the performance could not be concluded.

Park Jin-cheol, chairman of the Gam-il-dong Residents’ Autonomous Committee, said, “As a local resident, I am very proud to have prepared and carried out such a meaningful event together,” adding, “I hope this performance served as an important opportunity to strengthen community bonds, and I sincerely hope that such wonderful events will continue in the future.”

Lee Hyun-jae, mayor of Hanam City and chairman of the Hanam Cultural Foundation, expressed, “I sincerely thank many citizens for attending the Gam-il special performance,” emphasizing, “I ask for much interest and participation in the Wirye special performance scheduled for March 29.”

He added, “We will continue to take the lead in creating a vibrant and attractive cultural city Hanam, and through various cultural events, we will build a Hanam that grows together with its citizens.”
