Dessert Convergence Instructor Certification Course
Applications Open from the 20th to the 24th

Yeongju City will be recruiting trainees for the Dessert Convergence Instructor Certification Course from the 20th to the 24th to strengthen the capabilities of female farmers.

This training will be held mainly through hands-on practice at the Food Processing Education Center within the Yeongju Agricultural Technology Center every Wednesday for seven sessions from April 2 to May 14. The training hours are from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The curriculum includes theoretical lectures such as basic dessert theory and food hygiene management, as well as practical sessions in confectionery (basic course and local specialty utilization course).

The target participants are female farmers residing in Yeongju City, and 20 people will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants can download the application form from the Yeongju Agricultural Technology Center website, fill it out, and submit it in person to the Rural Guidance Division Life Technology Team or apply online.

Kang Heehun, Head of the Rural Guidance Division, said, “I hope this training will help female farmers acquire dessert-making skills and contribute to creating new added value in agriculture.”
