Recruiting Program Applicants Until 11 a.m. on the 24th
Kia announced on the 17th that it is recruiting participants for its social contribution program 'Harmonium,' which aims to support the stable social advancement of multicultural youth.
'Harmonium' is a compound word combining 'Harmony,' meaning harmony, and 'Umteuda,' meaning to sprout. It is a new social contribution project launched by Kia last year to support the socio-economic independence of multicultural youth in Korea and to improve multicultural acceptance.
This program targets four specialized education areas selected through the preferences of multicultural youth and expert consultations: ▲IT Technology ▲F&B ▲Video Editing ▲Landscaping Technology. It offers various educational curricula and practical courses to help with career planning.
Additionally, special programs such as an internship program linked with social ventures in the specialized education fields, guest lectures by multicultural seniors, a tour of Autoland, and personal profile photography will be conducted.
Kia provides transportation expenses to all students participating in the Harmonium education program and work-study scholarships during internships to motivate their willingness for independence. Additional scholarships will be awarded to outstanding graduates.
The Harmonium education program will be conducted for 25 multicultural youths each in the first and second halves of the year. The first half will run from April to August this year, and the second half will operate from September until February 2026.
Applications for the Harmonium education program are available on the official Harmonium website until 11 a.m. on the 24th, and applicants can also apply at the offline briefing session. Kia plans to select the first half-year education participants in April after document screening and online interviews.
