Digital Hall of Fame for Small and Medium Enterprises Unveiled in Kbiz Lobby, Yeouido
383 Exemplary Entrepreneurs, Including Industrial Medal Recipients, Inducted
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 17th that it held an unveiling ceremony for the digital 'Hall of Fame for Small and Medium Enterprises' in the lobby on the first floor of the Kbiz building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by about 100 people, including Kim Ki-moon, president of Kbiz, Oh Young-joo, Minister of SMEs and Startups, and small and medium businesspersons inducted into the Hall of Fame for Small and Medium Enterprises.

The digital Hall of Fame for Small and Medium Enterprises was newly opened through digital transformation, honoring the achievements of small and medium businesspersons who contributed to job creation and economic growth, and aiming to create a society where small and medium businesspersons are respected. Since 2007, it had been exhibiting bronze busts of exemplary small and medium businesspersons under the name 'Faces that Shined Small and Medium Enterprises.'
A total of 383 small and medium businesspersons were inducted this day, including exemplary small and medium businesspersons awarded industrial medals since 1992, proud small and medium businesspersons, and former presidents of Kbiz.
Kim Ki-moon, president of Kbiz, said, "The small and medium businesspersons inducted into the Hall of Fame are exemplary entrepreneurs who overcame moments of adversity such as the financial crisis and raised the status of the Republic of Korea through continuous technological development and expansion into overseas markets," adding, "I hope the Hall of Fame becomes a space that serves as a role model for junior entrepreneurs who will be responsible for the future of the Republic of Korea."
