LG Uplus announced on the 17th that it will supply indoor delivery robots to Aneuk Hotel in collaboration with HS Operation, a company specializing in outsourced management of lodging facilities.
HS Operation is a lodging management company operating over 120 hotels nationwide. Through this partnership, LG Uplus plans to expand the introduction of indoor delivery robots to all branches within the year, starting with the Aneuk Hotel in Incheon Guwol branch.

Aneuk Hotel offers services such as designs tailored to the region and customer characteristics, reasonable prices, cleanliness management, and concept rooms (such as movie rooms and spa rooms). It features contactless check-in, free online video streaming service (OTT), and the introduction of self-produced bedding.
The indoor delivery robots are connected via mobile communication and operate in conjunction with elevators within the hotel to provide amenities and room service to guest rooms. Customers can receive contactless services through the delivery robots, and hotels can optimize labor and costs.
LG Uplus plans to expand the distribution of delivery robots beyond the lodging industry to various indoor spaces such as restaurants, offices, and hospitals. They intend to develop customized robot services for each business to focus on resolving customer inconveniences.
Jae-Kang Park, Head of Corporate Partner Division at LG Uplus, said, "This collaboration is expected to be an important starting point for expanding the indoor delivery robot market," adding, "We will provide differentiated value by utilizing robot solutions across various industries."
