"Name, shame, blame. Tryna burst my bubble." I'm guilty, is being confident a crime? (From Like Jenny)

Singer Jenny (29) held her first solo concert since debut, spreading her wings to stand on her own.

On the 15th, Jenny met fans at 'The Ruby Experience' show held at Inspire Arena in Incheon. About 9,000 viewers from around the world gathered at the venue, with Blackpink member Ros?, NewJeans, singer Zico, Big Bang's Daesung, and broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk in attendance.

The concert featured live performances of all 15 tracks from her new album 'Ruby.' Instead of holding a microphone and communicating directly with fans, she focused on delivering messages through performances. Unlike typical K-pop concerts, it was conducted in a showcase format introducing the album tracks. The total runtime of the album tracks was less than 40 minutes, and including encore songs, the concert lasted about 70 minutes. However, ticket prices ranged from 140,000 to 220,000 KRW, leading to criticism that they were excessively priced.

Opening the show with 'Intro: JANE with FKJ' and 'start a war,' Jenny performed tracks in order including 'Handlebars,' 'Mantra,' 'Love Hangover,' 'ZEN,' and 'Damn Right.' She executed intense choreography for dance tracks like 'Like Jenny' and 'With the IE.' Music videos for 7 of the 15 songs, including 'Seoul City,' were also revealed.

On stage, Jenny said, "This album reflects my honest and true self, so everything feels unfamiliar and like a new beginning." She shed tears amid fans' cheers and said, "It was hard to accept the overwhelming love after releasing the album, but I am grateful." Finally, she promised, "I will always make good music and be a good person." She then performed 'Starlight' and 'Twin' as encore songs.

Jenny will perform at the major U.S. music festival 'Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival' next month, and from July, she will join Blackpink's world tour.
