The morning lows are expected to be -3 degrees Celsius in Gokseong, Damyang, Jangseong, Hwasun, Naju, Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, and Jangheung; -2 degrees in Gwangju, Suncheon, Boseong, Muan, Yeongam, Gangjin, and Goheung; -1 degree in Mokpo, Shinan, Jindo, and Wando; and 0 degrees in Yeosu.

The daytime highs will be 8 degrees in Gwangju, Naju, Hwasun, Gokseong, Damyang, and Jangseong; 7 degrees in Suncheon, Boseong, Jangheung, Muan, and Yeongam; 7 degrees in Mokpo, Shinan, Jindo, Gangjin, and Goheung; and 8 degrees in Yeosu and Wando, all lower than the seasonal average.

Waves on the sea will be high, ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea and 0.5 to 3 meters in the South Sea. Fine and ultrafine dust levels are forecast to be 'normal'.

An official from the Gwangju Meteorological Administration said, "With temperatures dropping significantly and strong winds blowing, it will feel even colder. Please take care of your health during the changing seasons and be cautious of safety accidents caused by strong winds."
