Shin Sang-jin, Mayor of Seongnam, attended the 50th Seongnam Mayor's Cup Recreational Sports Soccer Tournament held at Seongnam Sports Complex on the morning of the 16th to encourage the participants.

Mayor Shin said, "There is a lack of facilities in Seongnam where people can freely enjoy soccer," and added, "We will do our best to improve conditions for the activation of recreational sports by actively reflecting the voices of the citizens."

Meanwhile, Seongnam City is promoting various projects to improve the recreational sports environment for citizens, including recently signing a business agreement to convert the site of the snow removal vehicle base in Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, into sports facilities.
