700 Promising Boxers from Across the Nation to Compete
Middle and High School, University and General Division Matches
From the 14th to the 24th, Yeongju City in North Gyeongsang Province will host the "2025 Korea Boxing Association President's National Boxing Championships" at the Korea Boxing Exclusive Arena and the National Sports Center within the Yeongju Citizens' Sports Complex.

Jointly organized by the Korea Boxing Association and the Yeongju City Boxing Association, this tournament will feature a total of 700 athletes. From the 14th to the 19th, 400 middle and high school athletes will compete, and from the 20th to the 24th, 300 university and general division athletes will showcase the skills they have honed over time.
On the 19th, Ma Dongseok, the honorary vice president of the Korea Boxing Association and an actor, is scheduled to visit Yeongju to observe the tournament and present awards to the winners of the high school division, drawing much attention.
Jang Yunchan, Head of the Sports Promotion Division, stated, "I hope this tournament will further popularize boxing and become an opportunity for people of all ages and genders to take an interest in the sport," adding, "We will actively attract various national and provincial sports competitions to make Yeongju a city where sports bring joy."
