The 2025 uniform and sportswear expense support project for students of alternative education institutions is a Gyeonggi Province subsidized project that provides up to 400,000 KRW in actual expenses for uniforms and sportswear to students residing in the city who enter alternative education institutions or regular middle and high schools in other cities and provinces, which are blind spots in uniform support.

The application period is from the 13th to December 5th, and applications can be submitted by visiting the local administrative welfare center of the resident's jurisdiction or online through the Gyeonggi Minwon24 system.

Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri said, "We will strive to realize educational welfare without blind spots through the uniform and sportswear expense support project for alternative education institutions," and added, "We hope this will help reduce educational expenses for parents."
