LS Securities announced on the 14th that it will hold this year's first 'College Student Stock Investment Lecture' at Hongik University on the 20th of this month.
The College Student Stock Investment Lecture is an offline event conducted by LS Securities targeting college students and job seekers. It provides stock investment information and securities company employment mentoring. It has been held consistently since September 2023, and this will be the 10th session.
This lecture will take place on the 20th from 5:10 PM to 8:10 PM at the Wow Building of Hongik University in Mapo-gu, Seoul. It is hosted by LS Securities and co-organized by the investment education platform FM School, the Hongik University College of Business Administration Student Council, and the Hongik University finance club VOERA.
The lecture consists of three sessions. Director Yeom Seunghwan of LS Securities will speak on "How to Succeed in Stock Investment," and Lee Hyunmin, Head of the Global Product Sales Team at LS Securities, will cover "First Steps in Overseas Stocks" and "Securities Company Employment Tips." Kang Seunghui, CEO of Teibasa People, will talk about "Why You Should Invest in Global Products and How to Use AI in Investing."
Various prizes will also be offered. All attendees will receive a one-month online subscription to FM School and snacks, and the first 10 attendees will be gifted a book authored by Director Yeom Seunghwan.
Attendees who hold LS Securities overseas stock or overseas futures accounts will be entered into a drawing to win a 6th generation iPad Air. Additionally, those who submit pre-questions will be entered into a drawing to receive department store gift certificates.
