Trot singer Kim Yong-bin became the third winner of the Mr. Trot crown, following Lim Young-woong and Ahn Seong-hoon.

At the live broadcast of TV Chosun's 'Mr. Trot 3' finals on the 13th at 9:30 PM, Kim Yong-bin, who was selected as the winner (Jin), said, "I have been singing for over 20 years, but this is the first time I have taken first place," adding, "If my grandmother could see this, she would have been happy."

Kim Yong-bin, a trot prodigy, has been active as a trot singer for 22 years and participated in Mr. Trot. Although he entered the Japanese stage early on, he experienced challenges such as voice changes and did not perform on stage for about seven years.

In the competition that day, Kim Yong-bin passionately sang singer Na Hoon-a's "Gamsa" (Gratitude). He ranked second overall with 1,490 points from the masters (judges), but received an impressive 443,256 votes, accounting for 27.01% of the 1,641,378 valid live text votes, placing him first. He defeated singer Park Woo-cheol, who received a perfect master score of 1,500 points, to claim the final victory.

Kim Yong-bin will receive a prize of 300 million KRW, a premium vehicle, an overseas travel voucher worth 20 million KRW, and the winning song of singer Young Tak. He will also perform on the stage of Lee Mi-ja's final concert next month.

The management of the top 7 finalists will be handled by Yoosunsoo Entertainment. On the 14th, Yoosunsoo Entertainment CEO Yoo Byung-jae stated, "We will create the best stage by providing systematic management and the best environment for individual activities."

The top 7 will embark on a nationwide tour starting with a concert in Seoul on the 29th of this month. Spin-off programs such as gala shows and talk concerts featuring them will also be produced.
