'Largest Domestic' Washing and Drying Capacity
New Product Sales Begin on the 14th
Samsung Electronics has launched sales of the 2025 model all-in-one washer-dryer "Bespoke AI Combo," featuring AI technology and increased washing and drying capacities. The drying capacity has been increased by 3 kg from the previous model, achieving the largest domestic drying capacity of 18 kg, and drying time has been reduced by 20 minutes through improvements in the heat exchanger structure and preheating function.
Samsung Electronics announced on the 13th that it will start selling the 2025 model all-in-one washer-dryer "Bespoke AI Combo" from the 14th. The washing and drying capacities of the Bespoke AI Combo are 25 kg and 18 kg respectively, the largest capacity in Korea. Despite the increased drying capacity, the product size remains the same, allowing for more efficient use of space.

The new Bespoke AI Combo maximizes drying efficiency through an upgraded heat exchanger. The fins of the heat exchanger are arranged more densely, expanding the heat exchange surface area by about 8%. The preheating function's efficiency has also been upgraded via the drying heater, significantly reducing drying time by about 20 minutes compared to the previous model. The "Quick Course" can complete washing and drying in just 79 minutes.
It also features a "Shirt Course" that washes and dries a single shirt in just 39 minutes for busy mornings, and a "Single Outfit Course" that washes and dries one set of sweaty workout clothes in 49 minutes after exercise.
Energy consumption efficiency has also improved. Compared to the lowest standard of Grade 1 drum washers announced by the Korea Energy Agency, the power consumption per 1 kg of laundry during washing is 45% lower than the Grade 1 minimum standard for energy efficiency.
The 2025 Bespoke AI Combo is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen "AI Home." Users can view various courses and functions at a glance and easily control them via the screen. Notably, the "AI Home" screen displays a 3D floor plan of the home and allows users to conveniently control devices connected to SmartThings by using the "3D Map View," which shows the location and status of connected appliances at a glance.
Advanced "Bixby" also enables natural voice control. It understands previously unlearned commands and complex instructions, remembers recent conversations, and allows continuous dialogue. For example, if you ask, "What is the Persil Deep Clean course?" it provides information, and if you then say, "Start that," it recalls the previous conversation and executes the appropriate function.

The 2025 Bespoke AI Combo is equipped with upgraded features such as ▲AI Customized+ ▲Auto Open Door+ ▲AI Detergent Auto Dispensing. The "AI Customized+" function detects the weight and degree of dirtiness of laundry. It delicately manages washing, rinsing, spinning, and drying according to the fabric type. The recognizable fabric types have expanded from the previous three (delicate, towel, regular) to five, including denim and outdoor fabrics.
The "Auto Open Door+" function automatically opens the door after washing and drying to remove up to 40% of internal moisture, maintaining laundry hygiene. After washing, it activates airflow to help keep the laundry and drum interior hygienic. The "AI Detergent Auto Dispensing" function automatically dispenses the appropriate amount of detergent according to the laundry load. Once filled, detergent does not need to be refilled for up to 13 weeks.
Moon Jong-seung, Vice President of Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions (DA) Division, said, "We developed the 2025 Bespoke AI Combo with expanded drying capacity and reduced washing and drying times, reflecting consumer needs. We will continue to introduce products that enhance consumers' device usage experience through ongoing technological innovation."
