According to Koryoin Village on the 13th, the center provides free meals every Thursday to about 100 Koryoin seniors, and prepares lunch for around 20 people in urgent need during the week. This project, which began last year, aims to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly who are unable to work and to strengthen community solidarity.

Voluntary participation from residents continues in order to prepare a variety of menus, including traditional Koryoin dishes. In particular, young Koryoin and residents with culinary talents are actively taking part, spreading a spirit of sharing.

The operating expenses are covered by domestic sponsors, family cafes in the Koryoin Village Special Street, and donations from residents. Shin Zoya, the head of Koryoin Village, said, "Thanks to the warm hearts of our residents, the meal service is running smoothly," and added, "We will continue to provide support so that the elderly migrants can have healthy meals."
