Korea Airports Corporation to Hire 83 New Employees in the First Half of the Year

Korea Airports Corporation, which manages and operates 14 airports nationwide including Gimpo Airport, announced on the 12th that it will be recruiting new employees for the first half of the year.

The total number of recruits is 83, selecting 71 general positions, 6 airport security positions, 1 security screening supervisor, 4 rescue firefighting positions, and 1 public service position across 14 fields such as administration, facilities, technology, and safety. Separate screening will be conducted for 4 disabled persons and 10 national veterans for social equity recruitment.

Additionally, to recruit local talent and foster airport experts, 10 safety positions will be hired as regional specialists. Applicants can choose the region where they will work and are required to work in the designated region for more than 7 years after joining.

The corporation applies a blind recruitment method based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) to enhance fairness. Factors such as place of origin and age, which may cause unreasonable discrimination, are excluded, and candidates are evaluated based on job competency.
