At the opening ceremony held prior to the official opening, about 150 people including Boram Group officials and local residents attended to celebrate the new beginning of the Yeoju State Guest Funeral Hall together. Choi Yoel, Executive Director of Boram Sangjo FCT, said at the ceremony, "We will always do our best to ensure that bereaved families can hold funerals in a more dignified and comfortable space, and above all, we will strive to contribute to the Yeoju community."

The Yeoju State Guest Funeral Hall spans from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground, with a total floor area of 1,128 pyeong (approximately 3,727 square meters). It was designed to break away from the dark atmosphere of traditional funeral halls and to honor the deceased in a bright and pleasant space. It consists of a total of seven funeral rooms (2 VIP rooms, 3 special rooms, and 2 general rooms), and is fully equipped with essential facilities such as a mortuary, encoffining room, farewell hall, and consultation rooms to ensure smooth funeral procedures.

In particular, a spacious parking area capable of accommodating up to about 500 vehicles was secured to improve accessibility for mourners, and a monitoring system was introduced in all funeral rooms to allow real-time checking of visitor status. Ample resting spaces were also created for the convenience of the bereaved families and visitors.

A Boram Group official stated, "Boram Sangjo plans to continue transforming funeral halls into spaces suitable for modern funeral culture and to create a bright image. We will strive to ensure that bereaved families can respectfully see off their loved ones in a more comfortable environment."
