On YouTube: "The Constitutional Court Must Unanimously Accept the Impeachment Motion Against Yoon Seok-yeol"
“If even a single constitutional court justice rules to dismiss, it would be a situation where the constitutional court justice, who ultimately protects the constitution, commits the sin of denying the constitution by accepting it.”
Former Korea University professor Kim Yong-ok, also known as Dool, called for the removal of President Yoon, who is accused of being the ringleader of a rebellion. In a video declaration on the current situation posted on his YouTube channel on the 10th, he argued that “the Constitutional Court must unanimously accept the impeachment motion against Yoon Seok-yeol.”

He continued, “If the impeachment is accepted, it will only amount to a reprimand against Yoon Seok-yeol personally, but if it is dismissed, it will result in sowing the seeds of unconstitutional sin throughout the entire history of the Republic of Korea.” He also emphasized that the decision of the eight constitutional court justices will determine the fate of the nation.
He said, “If the impeachment is not accepted, it means the fundamental collapse of democracy in the Republic of Korea,” adding, “Our nation must move forward to a new chapter of history as soon as possible.”
Prior to the impeachment ruling, former professor Kim also claimed that the court’s decision to cancel President Yoon’s detention would instead act as poison to the subject himself.
He said, “Yoon Seok-yeol’s party and supporters may be cheering and dancing over the fact that they obtained a ruling from the Central District Court to cancel Yoon Seok-yeol’s detention,” but “since the cancellation ruling is a decision based on a strict interpretation of the law, the same strictness must be applied to the Constitutional Court’s ruling, so Yoon Seok-yeol’s position will become narrower than the tip of a needle, while public anxiety caused by the ringleader of the rebellion’s rampage, the anger of the heavenly will, and the unity of public sentiment will become even more intense.”

Former professor Kim Yong-ok harshly criticized President Yoon’s leadership, saying his governing style is “filled with impure personal desires, lies, hypocrisy, and reckless unilateral rule.” He said, “Yoon Seok-yeol is obsessed with an unconstitutional sense of authority that rejects the constitutional order and is a leader who rejects the people and democracy,” and strongly criticized him as “the most vicious form of leader to appear since Dangun.”
Earlier, in a broadcast interview, former professor Kim also stated, “When a person who should not become president becomes president, it is not easy for them to step down,” and “Because if they step down, they will die, so they planned martial law to survive.”
He added that the declaration of martial law would rather be “an opportunity to show the world what true democracy is,” and said bluntly, “The moment martial law is declared, Yoon Seok-yeol becomes a figure who is already finished in history.”
