On the 11th, Park's legal representative stated, "The Constitutional Court requested the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office to expedite their response for a prompt procedure." The National Assembly applied to the Constitutional Court on the 5th to obtain a list of investigation records on Minister Park, prepared by the Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law under the prosecution, to use as evidence in the impeachment trial.

In response to the National Assembly's request, the Constitutional Court asked the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office to send the list of investigation records by the 7th, but no reply has been received yet. Park's legal team argued, "There is concern that the procedure may be delayed going forward."

However, after the report, Park's legal team added, "We were informed by the Constitutional Court on the 10th that they received a reply from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office," but "it was not disclosed whether the reply meant that the list of records was received or that the provision of the list was refused."

Earlier, Minister Park was impeached by the National Assembly on December 12 last year, on grounds including his involvement in the decision-making process by attending the Cabinet meeting prior to President Yoon Seok-yeol's declaration of emergency martial law.
