The Asia Culture Center Foundation (President Kim Sunok, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) announced on the 11th that it will hold the "2025 ACC Yangban Theater" at Theater 3 of the Asia Culture Center Culture Information Center from the 13th to the 14th.

First introduced last year, "ACC Yangban Theater" is a classic film screening program. This year, in cooperation with the Gwangju branch of the Korea Senior Welfare Centers Association, with which a business agreement was signed in December last year, the program has expanded its audience so that more seniors can enjoy culture and the arts.

This year's screening lineup starts in March with "I Love You," followed by "Ode to My Father" on May 15, "Hero" on July 10, and "C'est Si Bon" on September 11.

The first film to be screened, "I Love You" (2011) directed by Chu Changmin, is based on the webtoon by Kang Full and depicts the love stories of four elderly people. The total running time is 118 minutes, and admission is free.

This program is intended for seniors aged 65 and over, and general visitors may apply for any remaining seats on-site on the day of the screening. Further details can be found on the Foundation's website.

Kim Sunok, President of the Asia Culture Center Foundation, stated, "Through the operation of the 'ACC Yangban Theater,' many seniors in the region were able to visit the Center and enjoy cultural and artistic activities," adding, "We will continue to create programs for various groups so that everyone can enjoy culture and the arts without restrictions."
