Rolling Recruitment Continues This Year After Last Year
Four Digital and IT Fields, Two Financial Specialist Fields

IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 11th that it will hire 10 full-time employees through rolling recruitment in the first half of the year. They will select 10 people in information technology (IT) fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) and financial specialist fields such as translators and interpreters. This rolling recruitment follows the public recruitment announcement for 170 new employees in the first half of the year.

There are six recruitment fields for the rolling hiring. The digital and IT fields include four areas: generative AI modeling and technical research, AI training data construction, big data analysis and planning, and middleware operation. The financial specialist fields include two areas: economic and business research, and translators and interpreters.

The qualification requirements include holding a relevant degree in the recruitment field and having related work experience.

IBK Industrial Bank is accepting applications through the recruitment website from the day before until the 25th. After document screening, practical tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in May.

Successful candidates will be assigned to related departments at headquarters after completing new employee training. According to regulations, the bank plans to actively consider hiring at the manager level by recognizing master's and doctoral degrees as well as relevant work experience.

The bank also plans to conduct youth intern recruitment. Youth interns will gain experience in on-site banking work and carry out projects together with IBK Changgong innovative companies. The youth intern recruitment announcement will be posted at the end of next month.
