This recruitment will select ▲30 candidates from business and economics ▲15 from science and engineering ▲5 from law ▲5 from veterans in the general financial affairs field, and recruit ▲10 candidates from the metropolitan area ▲5 from the Chungcheong region ▲5 from the Gangwon region in the regional financial affairs specialized field.

In this recruitment, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund increased the number of science and engineering hires by 5 compared to the previous year and newly established a law recruitment category. Through this, it plans to secure talents with diverse expertise in finance, law, and technology, and strengthen capabilities to proactively respond to the changing financial environment.

Additionally, a separate veterans recruitment category will be operated for employment support candidates, and extra points will be applied to persons with disabilities and independent youth to expand socially equitable recruitment. Furthermore, a recruitment target system for candidates from previous regions (Daegu·Gyeongbuk) and non-metropolitan areas will be operated to contribute to balanced regional development.

Applications can be submitted online on the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund recruitment website from March 11 to 16:00 on March 25. Afterwards, candidates will go through ▲document screening ▲written test (late April) ▲interview (late June to early July), and the final successful candidates will be announced in July.
