Achieving 100% Freshman Enrollment Rate for Four Consecutive Years

According to Eulji University on the 10th, the university has achieved a double celebration with the highest employment rate and a perfect pass rate for all candidates in major national health and medical sector exams, as well as the remarkable achievement of maintaining a 100% freshman enrollment rate for four consecutive years.

In the 2024 University Information Disclosure, Eulji University recorded an employment rate of 80.4%, ranking first among four-year general and private universities nationwide (based on university information disclosure as of December 31, 2023, combining the main campus and branch campuses). This employment rate is the highest among four-year general and private universities nationwide, exceeding the average employment rate of four-year general universities (64.6%) by 15.8 percentage points.

In national exams for the health and medical fields, the university holds an unprecedented record of a 100% pass rate for all candidates in the 2023 nursing national exam for consecutive years. Additionally, it has achieved a perfect pass rate for all candidates in the dental hygienist exam for five consecutive years, as well as in the first-class emergency medical technician, health information manager, optician, and nutritionist national exams.

Furthermore, on the 28th of last month, Eulji University fulfilled a 100% enrollment rate by having all 1,079 students (100 at Daejeon Campus, 787 at Seongnam Campus, and 192 at Uijeongbu Campus) register for the 2025 academic year.

Thus, Eulji University has had full enrollment of admitted students for four consecutive years, following the 2022 academic year (1,059 students), 2023 academic year (1,059 students), and 2024 academic year (1,029 students).

The key to the university’s success in employment rates and national exams is analyzed to be the result of excellent educational environments and tailored support, including the focused enhancement of education quality and various student-centered support programs over recent years.

The achievement of a 100% freshman enrollment rate for four consecutive years was greatly aided by systematically operating the admissions process and accurately assessing the tendencies and potential of admitted students through diverse selection methods and customized interviews.
