KOFIA Appoints New Public Interest Directors and Self-Regulatory Committee Members

The Korea Financial Investment Association announced on the 6th that it held its regular general meeting and appointed public interest directors and self-regulatory committee members.

The public interest directors appointed are ▲ Kim Changbong, Professor of Business Administration at Chung-Ang University ▲ Park Sooncheol, Lawyer at Jipyung Law Firm ▲ Bae Seonyeong, Former President of Yeoju University ▲ Seo Taejong, Advisor at Yulchon LLC ▲ Ahn Donghyun, Professor of Economics at Seoul National University.

The self-regulatory committee members appointed are ▲ Jo Myunghyun, Professor at Korea University Business School ▲ Joo Hyuncheol, Lawyer at Leeje Law Firm ▲ Jang Ilhyeok, Lawyer at LKB & Partners Law Firm ▲ Kim Woojin, Professor at Seoul National University Business School ▲ Lee Seonhun, CEO of Shinhan Investment Corp.

The term of office for the newly appointed public interest directors and self-regulatory committee members is two years.
