Innovating Housing Finance Services
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) announced on the 6th that it has newly formed the "Korea Housing Finance Corporation Future Innovation National Advisory Group" to incorporate diverse voices from the public for the innovation of housing finance services.
The "Korea Housing Finance Corporation Future Innovation National Advisory Group" is a consultative body established to actively reflect public opinions in the formulation and implementation of the corporation's major strategies, such as innovation plans, mid- to long-term management strategies, and the discovery of innovative ideas. It consists of approximately 30 advisory members from housing finance consumers, finance, academia, and other sectors.
Korea Housing Finance Corporation has newly appointed various external experts in real estate finance, digital technology, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management to enhance the expertise of the National Advisory Group. Additionally, customers who use the Bogeumjari Loan, Housing Guarantee, and Housing Pension services have also been appointed as advisory members to broadly gather opinions from actual users.
At the first meeting this year, discussions will be held on the corporation's innovation plans and implementation measures, including ▲ customer-centered housing finance services and ▲ strengthening housing finance accessibility through the Digital Connection Center. In the future, the advisory group’s opinions will also be reflected on major issues such as improving work efficiency and innovating organizational culture.
President Kim Kyunghwan said, “This year marks the 21st anniversary of our founding, making it a year for the corporation to take a new leap forward,” adding, “We will achieve innovation in housing finance services together with the Future Innovation National Advisory Group to create a stable residential environment and a happy future for the public.”
