Awarding Outstanding Protocol Guides and Directly Managed Funeral Halls
Fried Life announced on the 6th that it held the '2024 Fried Life Protocol Awards Ceremony' on the 5th at the Crystal Ballroom Hall of Sono Calm Goyang in Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Now in its second year, the awards ceremony is an occasion to honor the hard work of protocol guides and to select and award those who achieved high customer satisfaction last year. Notably, starting from this year’s ceremony, a new category was introduced to select outstanding branches of Fried Life’s premium funeral hall brand, 'Shilnakwon.' Through this, the company shared pride in operating a direct management funeral hall chain network and reaffirmed its commitment to providing customer satisfaction services.
At this ceremony, 28 protocol guides and 4 Shilnakwon branches were honored with awards. First, in the 'One-star' category, which recognizes excellent protocol guides for the first time, a total of 11 protocol guides received awards. In the 'Two-star' category, for those selected as excellent protocol guides for two consecutive years, 14 were awarded. Three individuals were honored in the merit award category. In the Shilnakwon outstanding branch category, Osan Dongtan Branch received the Grand Prize, Dangjin Branch won the Excellence Award, and Gimpo Branch and Incheon Branch received the Merit Award, earning the distinction of inaugural award-winning branches.
A Fried Life representative stated, "We hold the Protocol Awards annually to enhance the honor of awardees, inspire the challenging spirit of our employees, and create synergy for increased customer satisfaction through rewarding outstanding protocol guides and Shilnakwon outstanding branches."
