On the 5th, the Korea Exchange held an award ceremony at its Yeouido Seoul headquarters, selecting 16 companies including Pearl Abyss as excellent disclosure corporations in the 2024 KOSDAQ and KONEX markets. Additionally, the disclosure officers of these companies were commended as 'Meritorious Disclosure Officers.'
A total of 13 companies were selected as excellent disclosure corporations in the KOSDAQ market. Nine companies were recognized as comprehensive excellent corporations: Pearl Abyss, Neowiz, Redcap Tour, Studio Dragon, ISC, EcoPro, Clio, Patron, and Hyundai BioLand; two companies, Taekwang and Hi-Lok Korea, were selected as long-term diligent disclosure corporations; and two companies, Classys and Park Systems, were chosen as excellent IR activity corporations.

Companies selected as excellent disclosure corporations in the KOSDAQ market are granted benefits such as a three-year exemption from being designated as insincere disclosure corporations, exemption from mandatory training for disclosure officers and responsible persons this year, and monetary rewards. The Korea Exchange explained, "Starting this year, additional points were awarded to companies submitting value-up disclosures when selecting excellent disclosure corporations, resulting in three value-up disclosure companies being included among the excellent disclosure corporations."
In the KONEX market, three companies were named excellent disclosure corporations, including one excellent IR corporation and two excellent disclosure corporations. Companies selected as excellent disclosure corporations in the KONEX market receive benefits such as reduction of penalty points for insincere disclosures and monetary rewards for meritorious disclosure officers.
