Namseoul University Selected for Chungnam Studies Regular Curriculum Support Project

Support Fund of 12 Million KRW Provided

Namseoul University announced on the 5th that it has been selected for the Chungnam Studies Regular Curriculum Support Project for the ninth consecutive year.

This project was established to enhance the understanding of the region among university students in Chungnam, and the university will receive 12 million KRW in project funding.

Han Mihui, a professor at the College of Liberal Arts who oversees the project, stated, "We will strive to help our students gain a deep understanding of Chungnam and grow into regional leaders," adding, "We also plan to establish a Chungnam Figures Biography Contest and a regional feedback system."

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Chungnam Province selected 12 universities including Namseoul University as institutions to support the Chungnam Studies program. The total project budget is 130 million KRW.
