Cloud, Pay, and Snow Also Recruiting for All Job Categories
Naver will begin its open recruitment for new employees starting from the 5th. It is recruiting applicants across all job categories in four corporations, including Naver, Naver Cloud, Naver Pay, and Snow.
For this year’s open recruitment, anyone who is expected to graduate from university (or graduate school) by February 2026 or has less than one year of experience can apply regardless of their major. For tech positions, final candidates will be selected through online coding and CS tests, as well as technical and comprehensive competency interviews. The ▲Service & Business ▲Design ▲Corporate job categories will select final candidates through a 'Product Development Interview' where applicants complete assigned tasks, a 'Challenge Process' involving completing tasks with a job mentor in an environment similar to actual work, and comprehensive competency interviews.
Applications can be submitted via the Naver Career website until 11 a.m. on the 17th. Applicants can also watch videos on the website introducing each corporation and recruitment reviews directly shared by Team Naver employees.
Final successful candidates selected through each process will join the company in July. After joining, they will complete various growth programs including new employee orientation training before being assigned to departments within each corporation.
