On the 7th, he will challenge for the championship at the LIV Golf's third tournament of the year, Hong Kong (total prize money $25 million), held at Hong Kong Golf Club (par 70, 6,711 yards). LIV Golf Hong Kong is the third event of the year following the opening tournaments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Adelaide, Australia. LIV Golf will continue with the Singapore tournament afterward. A total of 54 players participate with no cut. The individual winner's prize is $4 million (approximately 5.8 billion KRW). Even the last place receives $50,000 (approximately 70 million KRW).

Jang Yu-bin, the first Korean player to join LIV Golf, is playing on the Iron Head team alongside Korean-American players such as Kevin Na (USA) and Danny Lee (Australia). He finished tied for 49th in Riyadh but showed quick adaptation by finishing tied for 23rd in Adelaide. Starting this year, major tournaments like the US Open and The Open will grant entry qualifications based on LIV Golf season results. For Jang Yu-bin, it is crucial to achieve good results in the Asian tournaments in Hong Kong and Singapore.

This year’s Riyadh winner Adrian Meronk (Poland) and Adelaide champion Joaqu?n Niemann (Chile) are expected to secure their first multiple wins. World-class players such as Bryson DeChambeau, Patrick Reed (both USA), Jon Rahm (Spain), Cameron Smith (Australia), and Paul Casey (England) will also participate. Abraham Ancer (Mexico) aims for a consecutive second victory.
