Dobong-gu provides 25,000 KRW support, annual tuition reduced to 20,000 KRW
Apply via the Dobong-gu website... 350 students to be selected
Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) is recruiting beneficiaries for the internet CSAT broadcasting service 'Gangnam Ingang' course voucher support.
Earlier, the district signed a joint usage agreement with Gangnam-gu for 'Gangnam Ingang' to alleviate the private education expenses burden of local middle and high school students in 2023.
The support targets 350 middle and high school students and repeat test takers registered as residents of Dobong-gu.
Applications can be submitted through the Dobong-gu website by 6 p.m. on March 14. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, beneficiaries will be selected through a random computerized draw.
The annual tuition fee is 20,000 KRW. The district supports 25,000 KRW, reducing the original annual tuition fee of 45,000 KRW.
By paying only the annual tuition fee, students can take unlimited access to over 1,600 lectures on 'Gangnam Ingang' for one year.
Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, said, "Through this support project, we expect local students to receive quality education without economic burden. We will continue to strengthen support so that students can receive the education they need to pursue their dreams."
