Over 30,000 Visitors
‘Samjin Pocha Season 3’ Extended Until November 9
Korean fish cake brand Samjin Eomuk's popup rooftop bar 'Samjin Pocha,' which opened in June last year, will operate as Season 3 until November 9.
'Samjin Pocha' has become a hot spot in Gwangalli, surpassing 30,000 cumulative visitors. Located on the third-floor rooftop right in front of Gwangalli Beach, it offers a panoramic view of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangandaegyo Bridge, making it popular among Busan citizens and domestic and international tourists alike.
'Samjin Pocha' also operated during the 'Busan Fireworks Festival,' one of Busan's representative festivals, gaining great attention as a prime spot for viewing the fireworks. Additionally, it is the optimal location to watch the weekly 'Drone Show,' and the unique 'Gwangalli Romance' experienced here has become another competitive advantage of Samjin Pocha.
Samjin Eomuk extended the popup 'Samjin Pocha,' which was initially scheduled to run until last month, into Season 3, renewing the overall menu and adding seasonal items.
The main menu, fish cake soup, is presented with additions such as the premium fish cake and water rice cake dishes 'Original Samjin Eomuk Tang' and 'Spicy Bean Sprout Eomuk Tang.' New menu items include fish cake noodle tteokbokki, fish cake hot bar, crispy chips (snacks), sundae (Korean blood sausage), various ramens, udon which was loved last season, and snowflake bingsu prepared for summer.
To complement all the side dishes at Samjin Pocha, they have prepared stir-fried chili paste, 'Matdasi,' which is popular among military personnel, aiming to captivate visitors' taste buds. The seasonal snowflake bingsu added this season is made by adopting the red bean and bingsu recipe from 'Dwaeji Patbingsu,' a brand of the local Busan company 'Baekro Anggeum,' recreating its flavor at Samjin Pocha.
Recently, popular alcoholic beverages among the MZ generation visiting trendy restaurants are available unlimitedly, including Cheongju (clear rice wine) 'Baekhwaseubok' from Lotte Chilsung Beverage, 'Cheongha' favored by young women, OB Beer 'Cass,' Jipyeong Brewery's 'Jipyeong Saeng Makgeolli,' 'Bonuidalbam,' Daesun Brewery's 'Gangalli,' 'Daesun Soju,' and Malgeunnaeil's 'Cherry Blossom Wine' and 'Sahwa Yuja.'
Malgeunnaeil's 'Cherry Blossom Wine' is a traditional liquor introduced for the first time at Samjin Pocha, targeting the spring season. Also, 'Sahwa Yuja,' made using 100% domestically grown Geoje yuja (citron), combines a refreshing yuja aroma with a smooth sweetness, making it a product anyone can enjoy without burden.
Park Yongjun, CEO of Samjin Eomuk, said, "Thanks to the continuous interest and love from many people, we decided to operate 'Season 3,' which was not originally planned. We will run Samjin Pocha filled with the unique emotions and romance that can only be experienced here, meeting expectations."
Various partners participate in 'Samjin Pocha Season 3,' including Daesun Brewery, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, OB Beer, Jipyeong Brewery, Samlip, Malgeunnaeil, and Dongbang Foodmaster.
