Chicken specialty brand Chicken Mania will launch a new menu item, "Oh! Jjukkku (Chicken)," on March 6, featuring a unique cooking method and premium ingredients. This new dish combines tender 100% boneless chicken thigh meat with chewy jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) and crispy fried squid, allowing customers to enjoy the spicy seasoning's umami flavor and savory taste simultaneously. It aims to provide consumers with a distinctive gourmet experience.
"Oh! Jjukkku (Chicken)" is a unique menu that harmonizes fresh seafood and chicken. The moist boneless chicken and jjukkumi are mixed in a special seasoning to enhance the umami flavor, and finally topped with crispy crunchy fried squid, creating a variety of textures with every bite. The spicy sauce adds deep flavor, while the tender chicken, chewy jjukkumi, and crispy fried squid blend harmoniously.
Additionally, Chicken Mania has paired "Oh! Jjukkku (Chicken)" with a side menu called "Self Jumeokbap" (rice balls) for more diverse enjoyment.
